How did I eat today?
woke up at 10.45 clock. 11.30 Clock lunch. HUGE salad with spinach. 12:30 had glass of vegetable juice and water. Hit the gym. Gym was for chocolate milk 1%, with some whey and an Atkins bar * (had 10 protein 3 carbs and 1 sugar) 5:00 Jambalaya and a few other large salad w / spinach. 8:00 2 sticks had included celery with peanut butter. I gave myself a C + breakfast, because I had skipped and not enough protein. I will do better Future. but everything, how can I do?
