Is it correct BMI for me?

I keep getting from numbers I get BMI calculators and electronic sensors fat "I have. I'm 5'8" and weighs about 225 and I'm Guy 35. I know I am overweight by at least 20 lbs. However, I a fair on the fitness earlier in life. Also, I made a good amount of upper body lifting lately. Especially I do variations of pullups and can be about 5 or so pullups in a row. I can also do other more difficult exercises the upper body and I know I have a bit of weight muscle up there. My legs are muscular, but not seriously. I can bike at a good pace for about 8 miles. But it seems that my bodyfat is blocked to 30% on one of these meters and the BMI. I convinced my bodyfat to 22%, but it was difficult and I was a little of myself dying of hunger. So how out of shape I am and I'll never be able to make those last few pounds? I always try to improve my diet, take vitamins and supplements and supplement a recent batch of fiber. I do not drink often and I try to reduce.
